After receiving your payment for an individual course or a package of courses, Web CPE, the licensor, grants to you, the license, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access, view, and use online the course(s) you select for a period of one (1) year from the date of payment. After you complete the course(s), Web CPE provides you the certificate(s) of completion online.
All information provided on and through this website is owned by or licensed to Web CPE. Web CPE and its licensors retain all rights, titles, and interest in and to the content and courses, including any authorized copies and all related materials. When you purchase a course or a package, a limited license is granted to you only for your personal use of the course materials for the sole purpose of completing the course. The course content may not be copied, distributed, republished, uploaded, posted, or transmitted in any way without the prior written consent of Web CPE. Removing any copyright or other proprietary rights notices from the courses will be a violation of this agreement. Web CPE may, in its sole discretion, terminate the accounts or access rights of registrants who infringe or otherwise violate copyright or other intellectual property rights.
Web CPE reserves the right to make changes to its website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. Web CPE reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to add to or remove from the courses offered. Web CPE also reserves the right to release, from time to time, updated versions of the course(s), and website, and disclose CPE information to the appropriate reporting agencies as needed.
After purchasing a course or a package, you may download and/or print no more than one (1) copy of any course(s) solely for your personal use. You may not modify or create derivative works from the course(s) or related materials. The course content, in whole or in part, may not be reproduced, transmitted, or distributed, in any format (i.e., print or electronic form), for any purpose other than completing the course to earn your CPE credits.
This site may be linked to other sites, such as websites of the NASBA and some State Boards, which are not maintained by, or related to, Web CPE. Web CPE is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
Web CPE is registered with the IRS to provide Continuing Education (CE) programs to the Enrolled Agents and other tax return practitioners.
